North Bergen came up with the key plays in the final minutes to pull out a tight boys' basketball win over Ramapo. The Bruins broke out of a tie score with about two minutes left to secure the 49-45 victory.

Kayton Darley led a balanced North Bergen offensive attack with 11 points. Abdallah Saleh had nine points, Zuriel Turcios scored eight and Gino Randriamora notched seven for the Bruins. The game was played as part of the weekend-long Coaches vs. Cancer showcase at Passaic Valley High School.

For Ramapo, it's the fourth straight game in which it came up short in the final minutes.

North Bergen, which has been impressive against Hudson County competition this season, is now 13-1.

Ramapo falls to 6-7.
