A big third quarter allowed Ramapo to pull away for a one-sided boys' basketball triumph over Paramus. The Green Raiders moved back to the .500 mark on the season with their 52-20 victory.

K.C. Hunt was the only player in double figures, scoring 12 points for Ramapo. Vasil Econopouly scored seven points and Peter Gostkowski had six. Ten different Raiders scored in a balanced team effort.

Ramapo led by seven points in the second quarter before scoring the final seven points of the half. The Raiders then opened the third quarter by scoring nine more points in a row to take command.

The Raiders ended up outscoring the Spartans 21-5 in that third quarter.

Paramus struggled to score, making just eight baskets in the entire game. Mike Rezkalla led the Spartans with five points. Paramus slips to 4-15.

Ramapo is now 10-10.
