Jersey Sports Now is the place to go to find great highlight videos of New Jersey high school sports on the Internet. But did you know you can also see our sports highlights on television?

We proudly present the Jersey Sports Now Flash each weeknight on WMBC-TV, a full-power television station serving northern New Jersey and the New York metro area. The Flash airs during WMBC News, which runs from 5:00 to 6:00 each evening. Our report usually airs around 5:45 pm.

The Jersey Sports Now Flash is a fast-paced look at New Jersey high school sports. We feature short versions of the same great highlights you see here on our website. So if you want to see high school sports on a larger screen, check out the JSN Flash!

WMBC-TV is found at Channel 63 over-the-air, and is also available on all cable and multichannel television systems. On cable, WMBC is Channel 20 on Optimum; Channel 63 on Time Warner; and various channels on Comcast (including Channel 20 in the Essex/Union area, Channel 24 in Bergen and Channel 19 in Somerset). WMBC is found on FiOS on Channel 18. And you can even see the channel on satellite: it's Channel 63 or 895 on DirecTV, and Channel 63 or 8115 on Dish Network.
