If there were any lingering effects from Ridgewood's first loss of 2016, they didn't last long. The Maroons finished off the boys' lacrosse regular season in impressive fashion, rolling by Ramapo 16-3 to finish off a perfect divisional record. Cooper Telesco and Dylan Peabody had four goals apiece to lead Ridgewood. Telesco added two assists and Peabody had one.
Jack Kiernan scored three goals and added four assists in a seven-point effort. Kevin Mollihan also had three goals with one assist, while Griffin Peene scored twice. Wylie Sherman added three assists for the Maroons. Goalies Ted Murphy and Ben Pounds combined for seven saves. Ridgewood conceded the first goal, but scored the next four to take the lead for good. After building a 7-3 halftime advantage, the Maroons outscored Ramapo 9-0 in the second half. Jack Griffin had a goal and an assist for Ramapo. Andrew Robbins and Colin Boel also scored for the Green Raiders, who drop to 10-5. Ridgewood is 15-1 and went 7-0 in Gibbs Division play.
