Down three runs in the early going, North Warren rallied from behind for a 6-3 baseball triumph over Lenape Valley. North Warren scored four times in the third inning to grab the lead for good.

Matt Nicholoff hit a home run for the visiting Patriots, going 2-for-3 on the day with 2 RBI and scoring twice. Alex Predenkoski and Ryan Bizarro added RBI doubles for North Warren.

After giving up three runs in the first two innings, Sean Thornton shut out Lenape Valley over the next four frames. Thornton struck out two batters in earning the win. Jared Vuz pitched the seventh inning to earn the save.

Kyle Piekarz and Tom Armstrong had RBI doubles for Lenape Valley in this battle of the Patriots. Lenape falls to 6-7.

North Warren improves to 7-7; the Patriots are in first place in the Northwest Jersey Athletic Conference's Colonial Division.
